Due to hygiene, safety, and consumable product regulations, all WellIgnite products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened products
- Unopened products
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Delayed consumption
- Personal expectations regarding results
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Clear photos/videos of the package and product
After verification, WellIgnite may provide:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund (at our sole discretion)
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
WellIgnite reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
